2. Product Authenticity and Variations

Powerloom Nature: Our Mysore silk sarees are Powerloom. Minor inconsistencies such as weaving gaps, thread pulls, missing threads, or thread overlaps are common characteristics of powerloom products and are not considered damages.

Color Accuracy: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to digital photography and screen settings, please expect a 4-6% color variation from the images shown.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

As stated in our Return and Refund Policy:

Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not allow returns or refunds for any purchases.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: A clear, unedited parcel opening video is mandatory for any damage claims. The video must show the saree being spread on a clean mat and opened layer by layer without disturbing the original folds.

Exclusions: Products with falls, tassels, or blouse alterations are strictly ineligible for return or exchange.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or at a deal price are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dhanvi Silks shall not be liable for any damages occurring after the purchase due to:

Exposure to rain or moisture.

Stains or incorrect cleaning methods (Dry clean only is recommended for silk).

Normal wear and tear.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines and costs are calculated at checkout. While we aim for timely delivery, Dhanvi Silks is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen logistics issues.
